Term of Services

💸 Payments are accepted through PayPal and CashApp only.
All prices are listed in USD.
Payment is required upfront before I begin the commission. For projects over $100, a 50% deposit may be arranged, with the remainder due before final delivery.

🎨 Commission ProcessWork begins after payment is received.
You will receive progress updates (sketch → lineart → flat colors → final).
Revisions:Small edits are free at the sketch stage.
Major changes or redesigns after sketch approval will cost extra depending on complexity.
I reserve the right to decline commissions that don’t match my style, violate my rules, or make me uncomfortable.

* Heavy gore or disturbing imagery🚫 Refund & Cancellation PolicyRefunds are only available before the sketch is approved.
Once a sketch is approved, refunds are no longer possible.
If I cannot complete your commission for personal reasons, you will receive a full refund.
Chargebacks without communication are forbidden — doing so will result in a blacklist from future commissions.

🕐 Turnaround TimeAverage completion: 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity and my queue.
Rush orders may be available for an extra fee.
If delays occur, I will notify you directly.

📦 DeliveryFinal files will be sent digitally via email or Google Drive/Dropbox link or whatever way you prefer.
You will receive high-resolution PNG/JPG files.
Clients receive unwatermarked versions. Public portfolio uploads may include a watermark.

📜 Usage RightsPersonal Use Only: You may use the commissioned artwork for icons, banners, profiles, or personal display.
No Reselling / Redistribution: 

You may not sell, mint as NFT, or claim the artwork as your own.
Commercial Use: If you want to use the artwork for merchandise, profit, or marketing, you must purchase a commercial license (additional fee).
I retain the right to post the artwork on my portfolio or social media, unless otherwise agreed.
